Ticket Attractions is a privately owned corporation, specialized in the business of buying and selling event tickets. We do not sell tickets at face value. Our ticket prices are often well above face value. Prices are based on spot market, depending on seat location, supply, demand and availability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TICKET ATTRACTIONS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE EVEN IF TICKET ATTRACTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE OR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. TICKET ATTRACTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF IT IS UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DUE TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE FAILURE OF ANY MACHINE, SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION, DATA PROCESSING OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OR TRANSMISSION LINK OR ANY INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, WAR, FLOOD, EXPLOSION, ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER EVENT BEYOND THE CONTROL OF TICKET ATTRACTIONS.
6. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Ticket Attractions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ticket Attractions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ticket Attractions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
7. Payment
Terms Terms of payment shall be determined at the discretion of Ticket Attractions and otherwise agreed to by Ticket Attractions. Payment must be received by Ticket Attractions prior to Ticket Attractions acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card, check or some other prearranged method of payment acceptable to Ticket Attractions. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Ticket Attractions shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
8. Products
Ticket Attractions policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. Ticket Attractions may revise and discontinue products at any time. Based upon availability, Ticket Attractions may occasionally upgrade merchandise at no additional charge to Customer, however this will be at the sole discretion of Ticket Attractions.
9. Products Availability
Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Ticket Attractions reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
10. Product Giveaway Contest Rules
Ticket Attractions plans, from time to time, to give away prizes by random drawing. Please read the official rules, to be posted once the contest is initiated.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that Ticket Attractions,Inc. is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
12. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ticket Attractions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Ticket Attractions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you,to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Ticket Attractions is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Ticket Attractions,Inc.
13. Sales Tax
Ticket Attractions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to events in the state of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes,on orders shipped to any other state.
14. Return Policies
Customer may return the product only in accordance with Ticket Attractions return policy in effect on the date of the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by a Ticket Attractions officer, no return, no cancellation and no exchange of any product will be accepted for any reason.
15. Service and Support
Ticket Attractions strives to provide the best customer and technical support. Ticket Attractions promises that its support people will attempt to handle over the telephone and email any problem involving Ticket Attractions products. All requests for service and support should be made directly to Ticket Attractions.
16. Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Ticket Attractions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Ticket Attractions site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Harris County, Texas.
17. No Assignment
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the express written consent of Ticket Attractions.
18. Invalidity of Provisions
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
19. Headings
The headings of each of these terms and conditions are for convenience of reference only and shall not form part of these terms and conditions. Such headings shall be ignored in the interpretation or construction of any of these terms and conditions
20. Export Control
Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions shall be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America.
21. Other Documents to not apply.
These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered or modified by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to modify, supplement or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void unless agreed to in writing by Ticket Attractions.
22. Affiliations
Ticket Attractions has no affiliation with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, any venue or box office, of the events for which we market ticket.
